Modular dispenser prolongs life of wet wipes

A wet wipe is useful only while it retains a consistent level of chemical. From the moment the foil is removed from a tub, or the perforation is split on a packet of wipes, the chemical additive will slowly start to evaporate.

The Modular wet wipe dispenser from UK company Brightwell eradicates this problem through a patented combination of wipes in pouches, click lock loading mechanism, innovative dispensing outlet and spring loaded lid. This limits the exposure of the wipes to atmosphere, preventing them from drying out prematurely.

The spring-loaded lid closes automatically, maintaining a seal that prevents the wipes losing moisture. This preserves a consistent level of chemical in every wipe.

The intelligent cleat mechanism, makes certain wipes are dispensed individually, helping control usage and cost. The cleat can be adapted to suit different textures of wipe. (subject to quantity)

The arrangement of the pouch neck and lid create a seal, protecting the wipes from atmosphere. If the wipes misfeed and get stuck in the pouch, a small gap at the back of the cleat allows the wipes to be easily recovered.

The dispenser can be printed with logos or simple instructions.
