New aerosol particle sensor

Particle Measuring Systems has introduced the Rnet, an aerosol particle sensor that is said to offer outstanding lifetime value. The heart of the RNet is a proprietary single-plate design that reduces system complexity, cuts the number of heat generating components, and increases the use of heat-dissipating materials. This not only lowers the initial costs, but extends the life of the laser diode, thereby reducing operating costs. The RNet features two channel particle counting at 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 microns for a sample flow of 0.1 CFM, has a smooth, durable exterior that makes it easy to clean, and dual LEDs that provide highly-visible status indicators. RNet is rugged enough for the most challenging environments while its compact size makes it ideal for installing in areas where space is restricted.
