Includes offices and production space, plus ISO 8 cleanroom
Rapid Micro Biosystems, a provider of automated, non-destructive, rapid microbial detection, has moved to a new corporate headquarters in Lowell, Massachusetts in the US.
The new facility boasts 37,000ft2 (3,440m2) of office and production space, including a validated ISO 8 level cleanroom to support increased production of the company's Growth Direct System, an automated, rapid, non-destructive microbial enumeration device, and consumables for environmental monitoring, bioburden and sterility testing.
The new location also provides applications development space as well as a dedicated laboratory environment for showcasing the Growth Direct System.
