NNE acquires US-based CCT

NNE, an international provider of consulting and engineering services to the life science industry, has acquired Contamination Control Technologies (CCT), based in North Carolina, US, which offers independent testing, certification and consulting services to eastern US pharma and biotech clients.

The acquisition enhances the cleanroom service capabilities of NNE's North Carolina-based subsidiary, NNE US. NNE US will now employ some 60 people, and is leasing larger premises in Clayton to accommodate more than 70 employees by the end of 2005. The NNE group employs 1,200 people worldwide, and has a presence in Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, France, China and the US.
