Pharmadule Morimatsu has delivered two biopharmaceutical CDMO facilities to Zencore Biologics in Shanghai.
China-based Zencore specialises in providing R&D and manufacturing support to biopharmaceutical clients for products in the clinical development or commercial production phase.
This is Zencore's first commercialising project.
Pharmadule Morimatsu provided the turnkey facility solution for this project, from front-end services, design, construction, on-site installation and confirmation to back-end services
The facilities, which include upstream and downstream, consist of three 2,000L single-use bioreactors and three 5,000L stainless steel bioreactors.
The production capacity is more than 20,000L, with 600,000 square feet in total.
Pharmadule Morimatsu provided the turnkey facility solution for this project, from front-end services, design, construction, on-site installation and confirmation to back-end services.
The company stated that the project was completed with high efficiency and certainty, helping the client in service upgrading.
