Porvair Sciences unveil new coloured microplates

Porvair Sciences has introduced a new range of coloured microplates based upon their popular 1ml round deep well plates.


Available in red, blue and natural white polypropylene, the round deep well plates help users visually differentiate between stored samples.

Manufactured under class 10,000 conditions from ultra-pure grade polypropylene, the new coloured plates contain no contaminants that may leach out and affect stored sample or bacterial or cell growth. Where the application requires the coloured 96-well coloured deep well plates are available certified as RNase / DNase free.

Benefiting from a cylindrical well design with round bottom the new coloured deep well plates allow optimal sample recovery. Precisely manufactured to SBS/ANSI dimensions, this ensures complete compatibility with almost all readers and automated equipment. The new coloured 1ml round deep well plates provide an affordable, easy to use solution for general sample storage applications down to -80C.
