Prominent industry experts to speak at CTEC
It's only the best at CTEC. The high-level conference will be featuring premier speakers from the world of cleanroom technology. We are please to announce that Dr Ken Goldstein of Cleanroom Consultants will be our guest of honour speaker at the CTEC conference. He has worked for Texas Instruments and Advanced Micro Devices and has been associated with the cleanroom industry for 19 years. Ken is a recognised expert in the areas of planning and design of state-of-the-art cleanrooms and ultra-high purity systems. As a senior member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology, he regularly teaches short courses for the Institute and participates in activities of IES Working Groups 12 and 28. He also is a member of the Arizona State University-ACE Cleanroom Task Force and lectures as part of the ASU Cleanroom Construction Program. Gordon Farquharson, a Chartered Engineer and Senior Consultant with Bovis Lend Lease based in the UK.will be speaking on regulatory affairs. He has more than 24 years experience of processes and facilities used by the healthcare, life science and semiconductor industries; including design, construction, audit and validation work. Dr Oliver Valet of rap-ID Particle Systems in Germany will be presenting his talk on 'Troubleshooting in Clean Production Processes with rapid particle identification' and Maurice Brynaert, President of Clestra Cleanrooms and Past President of the Belgian Cleanroom Workclub will be sharing his wisdom on the infrastructure of the cleanroom - the design, manufacture and installation. Nigel Slater owns the company CM Supply who provide a range of consulting services for the cleanroom industry will be sharing his expertise at CTEC. He has over 17 years experience in the cleanroom field and has an extensive knowledge of garment design, construction and fabrics and has lectured and presented papers on a wide range of cleanroom related topics in Europe and America. In association with the CTEC Steering Committee which includes Linda Vereycken of the Belgian Cleanroom Workclub; Dr Lothar Gail of the German Cleanroom Society; Conor Murray of the Irish Cleanroom Society; Dr Hans H Schicht of the Swiss Cleanroom Society and Prof Bengt Ljungqvist and Dr Berit Reinmüller from R3 Nordic, the CTEC conference will prove to be one of a kind.
