Pure water for Isle of Man lab

Published: 6-Mar-2005

A Purelab Ultra water purification system from specialist supplier ELGA LabWater is meeting the needs of the Isle of Man Government Laboratory, which acts as a public analyst laboratory.

Used by various government departments, commercial organisations and the general public for a wide range of tests, the laboratory is receiving feedwater of a consistently high standard from the Purelab Ultra, which combines multiple purification technologies. "Not only are the systems very efficient, processing only the amount of water required, the quality also meets the laboratory standard – extremely important as we hold UKAS accreditation for a range of testing in food, water and microbiology," commented Kim Holland, manager of the Chemistry, Food, Water and Environment Sections.
