Schütz takes its ultra clean drum on the road

Industrial packaging specialists Schütz has introduced the UltraClean Drum, which is produced under cleanroom conditions.

The 200 litre plastic drum is intended for transporting high purity chemicals for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. The German-based company says the drums are manufactured in a new extrusion blow-moulding plant out of high molecule polyethylene produced exclusively for the drums.
