Skinvisible enters Dermal agreement

Skinvisible has signed a distribution agreement with Dermal Defense, which sees Dermal acquire the exclusive marketing and distribution rights in the US, Canada and Mexico for Skinvisible's antimicrobial hand sanitiser composition that incorporates a patented polymer delivery system.

Skinvisible has also granted Dermal an extended option to acquire the rights outside the US, Canada and Mexico; if exercised Dermal will be required to pay US$1m and 5% royalty on all product sales globally. Headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, Skinvisible is a research and development company that has formulated and patented innovative polymer delivery system technology and compositions for topical skin applications.
