Squeaky clean technology from IKEY

IKEY – a manufacturer of IP65-rated industrial keyboards, computer pointing devices and flat panel monitors – has launched its latest infection control solution, the AquaPoint waterproof optical mouse, in the UK.

Designed for use in healthcare settings, the AquaPoint is completely sealed to prevent fluid ingress and is compatible with any hospital cleaning agent. Its smooth-surface buttons and ergonomic design make it easy to clean, while its rugged, silicone overlay, polycarbonate frame and solid-state engineering ensure a long operating life.

The optical technology it employs allows it to function on nearly any surface.

IKEY describes it as: “ideal for use anywhere that cross-contamination is a concern”. It is available in the UK exclusively through FB Peripherals.
