For more intense cleaning, NanoCleen DCRs can remove contamination under one micron in size as well as reduce static on the surface of the substrate.
The DCR is available in two widths of 6in (150mm) or 12in (300mm).
The Fast Pad DCR features an ergonomically designed handle for reduced wrist strain and an automated roller cleaning station. Once the DCR is placed in the docking station it is automatically cleaned leaving it ready for the next application. Particles and debris are transferred onto a special pre-sheeted adhesive roll and the sheets can easily be removed once they become full.

It meets demand for an affordable, high efficiency cleaning solution for workstations. It features two elastomer rollers that move continuously with two specially matched adhesive rolls. The part to be cleaned is fed into the machine and both sides of the substrate are cleaned simultaneously. The desktop unit has a working width of 12in (300mm) and a Nanocleen version is also available for thin statically charged materials such as polyamide and PET sheets.
Complementing the desktop and handheld products are specially formulated Tekwipes, which refresh elastomer roller surfaces and can remove fingerprints and other oil-based contamination from rollers, glass and surfaces and will not harm LCD screens. The wipes have the optimal ratio of isopropanol to water for high performance and are lint-free and therefore suitable for a cleanroom environment.
