Two new faces at Innos r&d

Innos, a UK-based r&d company focused on silicon, MEMS and nanotechnologies (see pages 14-15), has appointed a commercial integration engineer, Riccardo Varrazza, and a process engineer, Enrico Gili, at its cleanroom facility in Southampton, UK.

Varrazza, who has worked at the Nuclear Fusion Centre in Lisbon, Ericsson Telecomuni-cazioni Italy and the University of Bristol, will oversee research projects at the facility. Gili is currently completing a PhD in Micro-electronics at the Nanoscale Systems Integration Group (NSI) of the University of Southampton. He has worked at the r&d Central of STMicroelectronics in Crolles, France, and will be responsible for standards of batch processing and innovating new process development.
