Metronik’s software integrates diverse manufacturing equipment and digitalises previously manual workflows, enhancing efficiency, quality assurance, and regulatory adherence.
Metronik employs over 160 staff and reported revenues exceeding EUR 25 million in 2024.
The company will be integrated into SKAN’s Services & Consumables segment, with the existing management retaining a 24% stake and continuing operational leadership.
SKAN expects the acquisition to contribute positively to earnings in the current financial year, reinforcing its position as a comprehensive provider across the pharmaceutical manufacturing value chain.
