ABN Cleanroom Technology has revealed its latest cleanroom project for medical device manufacturer Nyxoah, highlighting a configure-to-order approach to facility design and construction

ABN Cleanroom Technology has presented its upcoming cleanroom project for Nyxoah during the Forum A3P Belgique event at LégiaPark, Liège.

The session provided attendees with an overview of the company’s plans for the new facility and its tailored approach to cleanroom construction.

In the shell space designated for the cleanroom, ABN project manager, Tom Vangelabbeek, explained the company’s configure-to-order methodology.

He outlined how this approach allows for flexible, client-specific cleanroom designs while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry standards.

Vangelabbeek also detailed the construction process and key milestones for the Nyxoah project, providing participants with insight into both the technical and operational considerations involved.

ABN confirmed that work on the new facility is set to begin shortly, with the team eager to deliver a cleanroom that meets Nyxoah’s precise specifications and quality requirements.

Other ABN innovations

The Nyxoah cleanroom follows ABN’s recent expansion of its product‑led offerings.

Last year, the company launched CYTONIX, a turnkey rental cleanroom solution designed to help Belgian hospitals meet upcoming 2026 pharmaceutical inspection regulations for sterile cytostatics production.

It offers pre‑validated modular environments that can save significant qualification time.

ABN has also been delivering on high‑precision cleanroom builds in other sectors, completing a second ISO Class 8 cleanroom for a rapidly growing satellite manufacturer using its modular ADAPTUS product platform.
