CIProcess provides a chemical-free clean

Ozone cleaning systems from OzoneSafeFood are now available in the UK and Ireland through CIProcess (CIP).

Employed in the food and associated industries, the equipment uses cold water and no chemicals; produces no effluent; and is around 3,000 times faster at killing bacteria than chlorine. The ozone-based equipment can be used in place of traditional chemicals to control Listeria, E.coli, Salmonella and other micro-organisms. It is suitable for use in a range of environments, including hospitals, water supplies and healthcare, and is FDA/USDA-approved. CIP's Vortex technology entrains the ozone in water until it is fully suspended. The natural process of reverting back to oxygen is thus delayed, allowing the water stream to exit the confines of a pipe with its full micro-organism killing power.
