Interflow and the High Purity Systems (HPS) unit of BAM Industrie are joining forces under one Interflow organisation, forming what the companies describe as the largest and most comprehensive clean technology provider in the Netherlands.
The integration brings together complementary specialisms spanning cleanroom and controlled environment design, distribution systems, installation, and validation.
The unified structure is intended to provide clients with a single delivery partner for complex, compliance-driven projects across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and high-tech industries.
According to the company, the merger significantly expands Interflow’s technical capabilities, supported by the addition of more than 40 certified specialists.
The combined organisation also incorporates ISO 13485 certification for medical gas systems, strengthening its position in regulated healthcare and clinical environments where quality assurance and safety requirements are critical.
The move reflects broader market demand for integrated clean technology solutions that address performance, compliance, and sustainability objectives simultaneously.
By consolidating engineering, installation, and validation expertise, Interflow aims to streamline project execution while supporting energy efficiency and long-term operational reliability.
A spokesperson for Interflow said the integration enables customers to access a wider range of expertise through a single point of contact, reducing project complexity and coordination risks.
The combined portfolio covers cleanroom engineering, air handling systems, high-purity distribution infrastructure, validation services, and ongoing operational support, positioning the organisation to deliver end-to-end controlled environment solutions.
