FMS links with Lighthouse

Facility Monitoring Systems and Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions have announced a global business partnership for distribution of FMS2 monitoring software for the pharmaceutical and biomedical markets.

Lighthouse has offices in the US and Far East and "extensive partnerships to sell and support contamination and monitoring solutions worldwide". The FMS2 software is said to be advanced, reliable and user-friendly and complies with 21 CFR Part 11, "providing complete and secure monitoring of all environmental parameters such as particle counts, temperature, pressure and humidity". The software also claims a world's first in being supplied both in CD format for client and server applications and on the "World's Smallest PC". The company says supplying software pre-configured on a small PC resolves many of security issues implicit in 21 CFR Part 11 and simplifies technical support.
