Receptionist and telephonist Rosemary Daisley has danced into retirement after 13 years' service with UK cleanroom design and build specialist, Clean Room Construction (CRC). She joined Strood-based CRC in January 2001.
Even though the company has grown and changed over the years, CRC has never lost that feeling of being a friendly and caring workplace,' she said. 'The biggest change I've witnessed during my time at CRC is the way that business is conducted. There has been a clear and rapid move away from landline and postal communication to mobile and email communication.'
Rosemary lives in Gillingham with her husband Dave. They are both keen ballroom, Latin and sequence dancers and Rosemary intends to spend more time line dancing too upon retirement. As a lover of the outdoors, she also plans to do more gardening and enjoy the unrestricted holidays.
She added: 'I'll miss everyone but I know we'll stay in touch and I can't wait to have a bit of a lie-in!'
CRC Managing Director Steve Lawton said: 'At CRC we pride ourselves on having a loyal and long-serving team and this has always enabled us to offer unrivalled levels of customer service. It's always sad to say goodbye to a popular member of the team but everyone at CRC would like to wish Rosemary a long and happy retirement.'
