1. Space-optimised design
Custom-shaped layout perfectly adapted to the client's existing factory footprint. Self-supporting structure requiring no ceiling suspension. Multi-door configuration combining sliding, swing and emergency fire doors.
Every corner of the customer’s factory is fully utilised as cleanroom space. This is possible because our patented aluminium frames support flexible configuration regardless of the size and shape. Apart from this, such aluminum frames boast high strength that can build free-standing cleanrooms as high as 6 meters.

2. Precision environmental control
ISO Class 6 cleanliness (≤35,200 particles/m³ for ≥0.5μm particles). Temperature regulation maintaining ±0.5°C stability. Advanced access control with password and fingerprint authentication
Clean class has always been the priority of cleanroom. This cleanroom is designed and built inISO6,a highly controlled environment with minimal pollutants. This will ensure more precise optical detection, which is the foundation of customer’s work.
Comfortable and stable temperature is maintained inside the cleanroom for operators in cleanroom suits to thrive in the clean lab. At the entrance, the door is equipped with password and finger print lock for safety.

3. Rapid deployment advantage
Factory pre-assembly ensuring perfect fit and function. 1-day installation by 3-person team: zero hot work required on-site.
"A stitch in time saves nine." Although it takes some time for Airkey to pre-assemble the cleanroom in factory, it significantly reduces the installation time at site since every component is labeled and test-installed already. Normally speaking, this will save up to 40% of whole project time.
Moreover, with all the components pre-cut and handled, there is no extra work to be done at site, completely getting rid of the construction waste.
